Artist's statement: In 1982 I was invited to teach a workshop at Montana State University, doing cyanotypes. This one came from that series. In 2006 I used it for a study when I made a painting (Voyage of the Emeralda), charting the curves of waves. In 2007 I tried encaustic on it.
