Making Etching Artist Trading Cards
Showing as Bill Ritchie etching and printing

Left: Bill Ritchie during a 2007 demonstration at Daniel Smith Inc. (Photo by David Lotz).
Right, a typical etching Bill made for an Artist Trading Card.
It's over but a DVD is coming soon.
"I gave a background of the Artist Trading Card Movement, then showed how I use silicon paper to transfer a laser print to a copper plate, etch it in Ferric Chloride, cleaned off the transfer, and to it ready to print. I'll had along with me a Mini Halfwood Press (the only etching press in the world with a built-in music box) to print on. I also showed one of the rarities - a purple etching press that's bound for an artist in Texas." - Bill Ritchie
